What's your typical project timeline?
It depends on scope. A simple eLearning module might take 2-3 weeks, while a complete brand identity could take 4-6 weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline during our initial conversation.
Do you work with small businesses?
Absolutely. I work with everyone from solo operators to enterprise teams. Some of my best work has been helping small businesses punch above their weight with professional branding and training.
What industries do you specialise in?
Healthcare and aged care are my strongest areas - I understand clinical workflows and compliance requirements. But I've also worked across hospitality, professional services, and education. Good design principles are universal.
Can you work with our existing LMS?
Yes. I deliver SCORM-compliant packages that work with virtually any LMS. I've deployed to Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, LearnDash, and various enterprise systems. If it accepts SCORM 1.2 or 2004, we're good.
What's your pricing like?
I work on project-based pricing rather than hourly rates. This gives you certainty about costs upfront. Every project is scoped individually based on a discovery conversation.
