Healthcare training
that changes
practice.
Instructional designer with a clinical background. I build compliance training, scenario-based modules, and onboarding programs for hospitals, aged care, and health services across Australia. Published researcher. 2,400+ healthcare professionals trained.
What I build
Clinical training. Evidence-based design.
Every module starts with the clinical context, not the authoring tool. I work with your SMEs to build training that meets accreditation requirements and changes how staff actually practice.
Compliance & Regulatory Training
NSQHS, Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS, WHS, and infection control modules mapped directly to current frameworks. Not checkbox compliance - training that survives audit.
Learn moreClinical Scenario Design
Branching scenarios that simulate real clinical decisions - deteriorating patients, medication incidents, difficult conversations. Practice before it matters.
Learn moreOnboarding Programs
Structured clinical onboarding for new staff. Orientation, role-specific competencies, and supervised practice pathways that reduce time-to-competence.
Learn moreMicrolearning
Short, focused modules for shift workers. Accessible on any device, designed for time-poor clinical staff who need training that fits between patients.
Learn moreTraining Strategy & Needs Analysis
Gap analysis, competency mapping, and training roadmaps aligned to clinical governance and accreditation requirements. Strategy before modules.
Learn moreDesign philosophy
Completion rates don't change practice. Behaviour does.
I don't build training that passes audit and gets forgotten. I design learning experiences that change what staff do on the floor - then I measure whether it worked.
About me
Clinical background. Design expertise.
I started in exercise science - helping patients recover, rebuild, and change habits. The teaching was always the best part. That clinical background now shapes every module I build: training designed by someone who understands how healthcare actually works.
Co-author of an eLearning pathway that trained 2,400+ healthcare professionals across Australia. Published in Osteoarthritis and Cartilage. I bring clinical literacy, evidence-based design, and instructional rigour - without the agency overhead.

Words that matter
Finally, training that our staff actually want to complete. The microlearning approach fits perfectly with how our care workers operate.
