About me
From rehab rooms to learning design
I started in exercise science — helping people recover, rebuild, and change habits. The teaching was always the best part. When COVID hit, I pivoted to instructional design and discovered I'd been doing it all along.
Now I build learning experiences for healthcare organisations. The ATLAS platform I created serves 2,400+ workers with completion rates that actually mean something. Because learning that doesn't change behaviour isn't learning — it's just content.
