AI Usage Policy

How I use AI tools responsibly in my work

My Commitment to Transparency

AI tools are changing how creative work gets done. I believe in being upfront about how I use them. This policy explains my approach to AI in my work, so you know exactly what you're getting.

The bottom line: AI is a tool in my toolkit, not a replacement for my thinking. Every piece of work that leaves my desk has been shaped, refined, and approved by me.

How AI Is Used

Research and Ideation

AI helps me research topics, explore ideas, and understand industry context faster. I use it as a starting point, not an endpoint.

Content Drafting

AI may assist with initial drafts of copy, documentation, or course content. All output is reviewed, edited, and refined by me before delivery.

Code Assistance

AI tools help with coding tasks, debugging, and technical implementation. All code is tested and reviewed for quality and security.

Image Generation

AI-generated editorial imagery is a core part of my creative process — cinematic portraits and lifestyle photography directed by creative intent, curated by human eye. Every image begins with deliberate direction: mood, composition, palette, narrative.

When AI-generated images are used in client work (concept mockups, placeholders, or final assets), this is always disclosed. Stock imagery and custom photography are clearly distinguished.

What AI Is NOT Used For

  • Final creative decisions

All design choices, strategic direction, and creative judgment come from me.

  • Unreviewed client communications

Every email, proposal, and message you receive has been written or reviewed by me.

  • Replacing human judgment

AI doesn't understand your business, your audience, or your goals the way I do after discovery.

  • Raw, unedited output

Nothing AI generates goes directly into your project without my review and refinement.

Human Oversight

Everything that comes from my studio reflects my professional judgment, accumulated experience, and understanding of your specific needs. AI helps me work more efficiently, but it doesn't replace the thinking that makes work effective.

When you work with me, you're paying for my expertise, my strategic thinking, and my ability to solve your specific problems. AI is one of many tools I use to deliver that value.

Client Disclosure

If you'd like to know specifically how AI was used in your project, just ask. I'm happy to explain my process and what tools were involved. For projects with specific AI restrictions (such as some enterprise clients or regulated industries), please let me know during discovery.

Note: This policy may be updated as AI tools and best practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
